We aim to offer a completely hands off approach to owning an investment property by taking over the management of the property, so you don't have to! You can sit back, relax and enjoy your free time.
How long is the contract?
We offer long term agreements from 3 years +
Isn't it sub-letting?
No. Using the correct contracts, a company is able to rent a property from a Landlord and rent it out on a short term basis to clients or guests. Rosena Properties Ltd. is a registered, fully compliant company with all the correct documents in place.

Who are the tenants?
The tenants that our properties attract may differ depending on the location and the facilities that a property offers. Tenant cliental can range from working professionals, contractors, individuals or families relocating or tourists.

It is in our best interest to attract responsible tenants, who must agree to rules and regulations surrounding their stay in any property being managed by Rosena.
